DigiBoard TV operates https://digiboardtv.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site as well as our Mobile app, DigiBoard Remote and tvOS app, DigiBoard TV.

Site visitors

We only collect site visitation information for providing usage metrics and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Registered users of DigiBoard TV™

In order to become a registered DigiBoard TV™ member we require you to provide some basic information. Your personal contact info (Name, Email) are saved strictly for us to be able to contact you regarding your account with DigiBoard TV™ and will not be posted, shared or sold to any 3rd party.

Location Data

If you select a template with the weather forecast feature, you have the option to choose a location for the weather. If you select “Current Location” we will ask to use your iOS device’s current location at that moment to save your current coordinates for requesting weather forecasts. This information is not used for anything else nor shared with anyone.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, we use third party services such as Google Analytics and Google’s Firebase products that collect, monitor and analyze various client behavior in order for DigiBoard TV™ to better serve our customers and improve the overall user experience. This information is strictly for DigiBoard TV™ use and is not nor will be shared to 3rd parties.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials. Registered users will be able to opt out of any of these but we reserve the right to use your contact info if we need to contact you about the status of your account.
