Adjusting Orientation

DigiBoard TV

If your TV is mounted in a portrait orientation, you can configure DigiBoard to recognize this and choose portrait specific templates.

On the TV details view, tap the TV icon at the top to bring up the TV Settings.

Select the “Change “Orientation” button and pick which orientation your TV is currently mounted as, either Landscape (default), Portrait Left (rotated counter clockwise 90º), or Portrait Right (rotated clockwise 90º).

Once you have changed the orientation, presentations with mismatched orientations will no longer be playable. Either change the template of the presentation (you will be shown the templates that match the TVs new orientation) or create a new shared presentation and pick a template.

DigiBoard TV for iPad

When running DigiBoard TV on an iPad, it is important to set the orientation in the same way above. This prevents confusion for iPads being inadvertently rotated or set on their back and losing the orientation you want. DigiBoard TV will lock in the orientation.
