Changing Account Email

If you have signed up using an email (vs. the Sign in with Apple option), you can change your email for your account using the following steps:

  1. From the main screen in DigiBoard Remote, select the gear icon in the upper right to bring up the Account Settings screen.

  2. Select the first item which shows your account.

  3. Select the “Change Email” button

  4. If prompted to verify your current email, verify by going to your email and selecting the “Sign in to DigiBoard TV” link in the verification email.

  5. Repeat steps 1-3 and then enter your new email.
