Shared Presentations

Presentations are the basic canvas for what is displayed on your TV. Presentations are based on a template and then you pick the content source and can adjust style settings to your liking.

For Premium subscribers, additional presentations can be created, scheduled to run at different or overlapping times and be run on multiple TVs. Making changes to a shared presentation will be reflected on all the TVs that are using that presentation.

Creating a New Shared Presentation

  1. On the DigiBoard Remote, select a TV

  2. Select the “Edit” button in the upper right corner of your screen

  3. Tap the “New Presentation” button at the bottom of the list

  4. Name your presentation

  5. Tap “Done”

Duplicating a Presentation (a shortcut)

If you want to duplicate an existing presentation, just press and hold on a presentation header (not in edit mode). This will bring up two options, duplicate and delete. Select duplicate and you can then make changes.

 

Pressing and holding on the Presentation header will bring up the Duplicate and Delete options.

While in the edit mode for your TV, all shared presentations you have created will be visible. You can enable/disable shared presentations for this particular TV here.
